Lengthy hikes through production halls to reach your systems are now a thing of the past. Reducing time and distances, TSDiag+ provides a system overview at a glance and increases efficiency. TSDiag+ is a tool that allows you to access all operator systems from the Slim and emPower, using web-enabled functions through Intranet or Internet. An integrated diagnosis function minimizes system downtimes, thus leading to higher productivity. Rapid error location and a variety of filter mechanisms ensure that the users retains an overview of every situation. The user can control and monitor the displayed contents. Regardless of whether Sütron’s own TSwin Software or another partner company’s software is used. The contents of the target system are represented in one-to-one format in the calling system. In addition, you can enter keyboard commands directly from the accessing operator system (a PC or another operating device). One of the tool’s important plus points is its monitoring function and option for simple and convenient data transfer from the client to server. These features are important for status control, updating the operating system, file transfers or application upgrades. The operator systems from the Slim and emPower Lines have their own dedicated website. You can start TSDiag+ from this website. Password protection at multiple levels is an important security consideration for preventing unwanted remote operation of the device. Sütron also offers customized systems for remote diagnosis.
The better the users' and operators' knowledge of the technology, the more productive units and machines will be operated and down time avoided.
